Heyyy beautiful people now if you workout I’m sure you’re looking to make those gainz and eat a protein rich diet as protein is the building blocks for muscle growth and repair. There are many ways to get an addition protein boost such as protein powders and protein bars now I have found the perfect way to enjoy my favourite food while getting that extra protein boost. It’s protein world hight protein pasta and OMG each serving has a massive 30g of protein which is amazing!!

For this recipe I have decided to give it even more of a protein boost by creating a chickpeas and tofu pasta which is absolutely yummy and delicious. It’s super simple to make and tastes so good.
6 large tomatoes
6 small tomatoes
1 handful fresh parsley
1 tin drained chickpeas
50g small mushrooms
1 head of garlic
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1/2 can coconut milk
- Cook pasta according to instructions if you want it to be extra soft cook for an additional 5-10 minutes. Soak tomatoes in boiling water then when sofy peel off skins. In a large pan heat tomatoes and add salt and pepper to season, coconut milk and water simmer add water to form the sauce, add 1 teaspoon of brown sugar, chopped mushrooms and basil cook on a low heat.
2) Drain chickpeas and tofu and cover in olive oil salt and smoked paprika. peel garlic also cover in olive oil cook all together in the oven on a baking tray for around 15 minutes until slightly crispy.
3) Add chickpeas and tofu to the pasta sauce combine. Plate the pasta and top with sauce fresh basil and parsley, additionally add some vegan cheese and enjoy, this yummy super high protein meal.
