Every one deserves a treat once in while…. This cake is delightfully satisfying and guilt free. With it’s deluxe chocolate layers it’s perfect to enjoy with friends and will leave you glowing. This cake is super simple to make and being gluten free is light on your stomach.

Ok to make this cake you will need to make 2 separate cakes and then sandwich them together with chocolate frosting.
Begin by pre eating you oven at 175 degrees.
to make the cakes you will need:
300g gluten-free self raising flour
5 table spoons of raw cocoa powder
4 tablespoons of soy yoghurt
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 teaspoons of gluten free baking powder
300g dairy-free sun flower spread
300g light brown sugar
Ok so now heres what you need to do…
1)Using a high speed whisk beat together the sugar and margarine, when light and fluffy fold in the flour and baking powder.
2) Separate into 2 bowls add the vanilla essence into the first bowl and the cocoa powder into the second, spoon the mixture into 2 silicon baking trays and leave to bake in your preheated oven for 20 minutes.
To make the chocolate frosting you will need
200g of icing sugar
150g raw cocoa powder
150g of agave nectar
100g dairy free margarine
Simply combine all your ingredients into a high speed food processor.
Allow your 2 cakes to cool and then sandwich together using the chocolate frosting. Using a piping bag decorate the top of the cake making swirls. Cover with sugar baubles and Finnish by spraying the gold icing spray over the entire cake.
