These delicious raw truffles  are super simple to make and come in an assortment of flavours, they are absolutely delicious and the perfect snack at any time of the day. They are of course gluten free and dairy free and are also free from refined sugar. The perfect snack to indulge and to help you stat in shape at the same time. The bulk of the recipe contains just 3 ingredients and you can add your chosen flavour to make the recipe completely unique.

Okay now for the recipe

150g of raw cocoa butter

2 handfuls of dates

150g of ground almonds

This is the bulk of the recipe however you may like to add any of your favourite ingredients to give them a unique flavour. Below I have added apricots and vanilla which were my personal favourite

The method for this recipe is so simple, just combine all the ingredients together in a high speed food processor until the fully bind together, then break a small piece and using the palm of your hand roll it into a circular shape.
